Haryana Inter District Transfer Policy 2015 | Haryana JBT New Transfer Policy 2015



Govt. of Haryana is going to prepare New Transfer Policy 2015 for Teachers. This policy will be for all teachers as well as teachers working in other than their home district. Govt. invites suggestions from public as well as teachers to make Inter District Teacher Transfer policy.It is notable that Govt. of Haryana has given the right of transfer to all Minster of C.M. Manohar Lal Khattar from 25.06.2015 to 30.06.2015.Approximate 20000 applications received by ministers during this period.In the view of large no. of applications,now govt. want to make a permanent policy of transfer.As per information at this time 3,19,000 employees are working in Haryana Govt.2.25 Lakh 25000 employee are in Grade C and Grade D.In June 2015 various meetings were held at official level at Panchkula.

One important meeting was held on 05.06.2015 with Mr. T.C.Gupta Principal Secretary of Education Department Haryana.Secondary Education Director M.L.Kaushik and Elementary Education Director Rohtash Kharab also present in this meeting.Education Minister directed officials to formulate a rational Transfer Policy for school teachers so that Teacher-Student ratio remains balanced in all govt. schools.The main points are as under : - 
  • Transfer on the base of rotation and rationalization.
  • New Policy will be prepared in the view of Right of Education Act. 
  • Preference will be given to Physically handicapped teachers.
  • In Haryana at this time Teacher Student ratio in Primary Classes 1:35 and for classes 9th to
  • This transfer policy will cover all type of teachers-JBT Teacher,Master,Head Master,Lecturer,Post Graduate Teacher as well as Principals.
  • 10+2 is 1:40.In RTE teacher student ratio is in Primary Classes 1:25 and up to 10+2 1:35.
  • Teachers are waiting transfer policy for a long time.Maximum stay 5 years at one station.
