Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Recruitment 2015 - Apply for 50 Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper Posts

Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Shillong issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of 50 Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper Posts on direct recruitment basis for various districts of the Shillong region. Eligible candidates who fulfill all eligibility criteria can apply on prescribed format of application within 30 days from the date of advt. Name of the Posts: Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper

Total No. of Posts: 50 Posts (UR: 23 Posts, SC: 21 Posts, OBC: 06 Posts)

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Senior Secondary (Class XII) certificate/ equivalent from a recognized board/ university with 50% marks with minimum 35 words per minute in English type writing.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-27 years as on 30.06.2015. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PH, 15 years for PH (SC/ ST), 13 years for PH (OBC) candidates & for others as per rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of trade test/ typing test on computer.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti payable at Shillong. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Ex-servicemen/ Physically handicapped candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format on plain paper of approx. size 22 cm X 30 cm in duplicate along with self attested copies of all relevant documents, bank draft two recent passport size photographs to The Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Temple Road, Barik Point, Lachumiere, Shillong, Meghalaya-793001 within 30 days from the date of advt. Superscribe the envelope as “Application for the post of “LDC/ Store Keeper”".
