SSC (Staff Selection
Commission) issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of Postal
Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator, LDC (Lower Division Clerk
& Court Clerk Posts through CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) Examination
2016. Eligible candidates who fulfill all eligibility criteria can apply online
from the official website of the commission form 08.10.2016 to 11.11.2016. Full

Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess Sr. Secondary/12th
form recognized board/university or its equivalent.
Age Limit : Candidates
age should be between 18-27 years as on 01.01.2017 (Candidates born not before
02.01.1990 and not later than 01.01.1999). Age relaxation is applicable as per
notification.
Application Fees : Candidates
have to pay Rs. 100/- for General category candidates. Women, SC, ST, PWD &
Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying application fee.
Selection Process : Candidates
will be selected on the basis of Computer based written examination (Tier-I),
Descriptive Test (Tier-II) and Typing Test/Skill Test (Tier – III).
