HARSAC (Haryana Space
Applications Centre) Department of Science & Technology issued a
recruitment notification for the recruitment of Research Associate (RA),
Project Fellow, Project Assistant (PA) & Junior Project Assistant (JPA) Posts
in various projects on contractual basis. Eligible candidates who fulfil all
eligibility criteria can apply on the prescribed format on or before 11.12.2017.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Doctorate or Equivalent Degree
in relevant subject (Geography, Computer Science & Geoinformatics) or 3
year of Research, teaching, Design and Development Experience after M.Sc/
M.Tech in Geoinformatics/ Geography/ Computer Science/ IT or MCA for post-1,
Master degree in Remote Sensing/ Geo-informatics/ GIS/ Spatial Information
Technology or Master degree in Geography with PG Diploma in RS & GIS from a
recognized University/ Institute for post-2, B.Tech/ M.Sc./ MCA or above in
Computer Science/ IT/ Remote Sensing/ GIS/ Geography/ Urban Planning for
post-3, ITI in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) for post-4.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written/ skill
test and interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates required to pay Rs. 200/- in the form of DD drawn in favor of Chief
Scientist, HARSAC payable at Hisar.
