Indian Navy issued a recruitment
notification for the recruitment of SSR – 02/2016 Batch that is going to
commence from August 2016. Eligible candidates who fulfill all eligibility
criteria can apply online from the official website of Indian Navy from
23.11.2015 to 06.12.2015. Full vacancy details like age limit, educational qualification
etc. are given below.
Name of the Post :
Sailor (SSR – 2/2016 Batch)
Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess 10+2 or its equivalent with
Maths & Physic and atleast one of these subjects;
Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from a recognized board/institution.
Age Limit : Candidates
should have born between 01.08.1995 to 31.07.1999. (Both dates inclusive)
Selection Process : Candidates
will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Physical
Fitness Test & Medical Test.

- Log on through the website “www.joinindiannavy.gov.in”.
- Before filling online application, keep matric certificate & 10+2 Mark sheet ready for reference.
- Filling up of information like email id is compulsory.
- Click on “Apply online Sailors Entry” on the home page of website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
- Fill up the form completely.
- Before clicking the ‘Submit’ button make sure all the details are correct.
- Print two copies of the online application form. One copy duly signed, alongwith attested copies of matriculation certificate, 10+2 marksheet, domicile, NCC Certificate (if held) & one self addressed envelope of size 22x10 cms with Rs 10/- stamp affixed on envelope (Write on the envelop “Online SSR Application-02/2016 batch & 10+2 percentage___”) is to be forwarded at following address
